Shhh, Don't Tell

But sometimes I knit.Specs: My "plain jane" travel knitting socks.
Toe up (Turkish cast on); 60 stitches on size 1 U.S. needles; short row heel with a small gusset increase prior to turning heel; 64 stitches over the ankle, then decrease back to 60. End with 2x2 ribbing and a stretchy cast-off (see directions at the end of this pattern).
The pattern may be plain, but the yarn is fabulous: soft and squooshy and lovely. I got it from Jessie at A Piece of Vermont. Snap some up if you get the chance.

And here's a sneak peek at my current quickie project:
Variations on the Morning Surf Scarf, using handspun merino/tencel.

Yum.
