Need Technical Help (With Blogging--Not Knitting)

If any of you are great with html/css coding, please help!
I edited my blog template a while back, and somehow I deleted the code that tells search engines (and browsers) the title of my blog. Now when I read my blog, the little "tab" at the bottom of my browser screen reads "Mozilla Firefox" instead of "Knitterpated". And when I do a google search under the name of my blog, the titles show up as "Notify Blogger of Objectional Content." Huh?
I am guessing that there is a simple fix to this, but it will take me hours to figure out on my own. So any suggestions are welcome!
